When will my first instalment be charged?
Your first instalment will be charged immediately upon successful transaction. The total purchase amount will be divided equally across the selected instalment tenure.

Although the full transaction amount is charged to your credit card upfront, the bank will bill you on a monthly instalment basis.

Are there any additional charges or fees?
No. This is a 0% interest instalment plan with no additional or hidden charges.

Does the package price include delivery fees?
Yes. The package price is inclusive of delivery charges. No additional delivery fees will be charged unless otherwise stated.

Can I combine different payment methods for a 0% instalment purchase?
Yes. You may split your payment using a combination of cash, debit card, or credit card to reduce the instalment amount.

Please note that split payments are only available for in-store purchases and are not applicable for online transactions.

Is there a waiting period for instalment approval?
No. The instalment plan takes effect immediately once the card transaction is approved and the receipt is issued.
